Charles Colvin the profesional is the new Production Director of YTown Broadcsting LLC.
Along with running the production for two AM stations and one FM station, Charles Colvin runs a non profit organization and gives back to the community as well as mentor school age children.
This has been the best year for the DJ ChipBanks Brand. A lot of my dreams came true this year. I started the year by re-branding with a new logo and website. I played my first international Club in Mexico. I DJ’d in the entertainment capital of the WORLD, Las Vegas. I became a Mixshow DJ on Star 94.7 and was recently hired by the station as the production director. I’ve also done two national promo photo shoots for my brand and I felt like… a star, (Laughs).If you would have asked me a year ago, I wouldn’t have pictured this happening in 2015. What’s coming up next for DJ ChipBanks? Expanding the brand and my marketing. I’ve been offered to perform in some HUGE cities across the country and I also have been contacted about djing in China as well. The ChipBanks brand is moving forward to be a staple in the entertainment industry, like the other DJs I’ve looked up to throughout my musical career.
Being one of the youngest production directors in the region Charles has managed to reformat a broadcasting coming that was in the red. With changing format and re-branding the sound for Y-Town Broadcasting Company Charles has helped turn a corner for Youngstown Radio.
